Tuition & Plans

Three Tiers. Three Ways to Pay.

We try to make joining Team Carolina as easy and transparent as possible. Every tier offers payment plans, and we accept scholarship applications case-by-case. Point blank — we won’t let finances get in the way. If your son belongs here, we’ll find a solution that works for your family.

The “~” matters: final tuition is set once rosters are finalized. Pricing flexes slightly based on team size and tournament selections, and we share the locked number with each family before billing begins.

Season-Ending Injury Credit

If a player is medically cleared out of the season, remaining tuition is applied as a credit toward a future Team Carolina season. We don’t profit from your son’s injury.

Tuition policy

Tuition is a Program Commitment — Not a Monthly Subscription

Tuition pays for your son’s spot in the full Team Carolina program — coaches, field time, tournaments, recruiting support, and a year of development. Payment plans simply spread that single program fee across 6 or 12 months so families can budget the cost. The plan is not a month-to-month commitment. Once a roster spot is accepted, the full tuition is owed.

  • All tuition is non-refundable, including deposits and any payments already made on a 6- or 12-month plan.
  • If a player decides to leave mid-season for any reason, no refund or credit is issued. The roster spot, coaching, and tournament commitments stay in place.
  • Families are responsible for their own hotels, flights, and travel to tournaments. Tuition covers the program; family travel is separate.
  • Uniform kit: the Summer 2026 kit carries over through the Summer 2027 season — the same kit you receive for tryouts/Fall 2026 is yours for the full year. Optional re-orders are available if you want extras, but no new kit purchase is required.

Team Carolina is competitive and comparable to other premier travel programs across the Southeast.

Rosters are fluid

Players Can Move Between Elite & Select

Roster movement happens at the discretion of the Director of Lacrosse and coaching staff. If a Select player is ready for Elite, we move him up. If an Elite player needs a different level of development, we move him to Select. Same coaching standards across both tracks.

  • Moving up to Elite: family pays the prorated tuition difference based on months remaining in the season. Same payment cadence continues — monthly amount adjusts.
  • Moving down to Select: no refund of paid tuition (the Elite spot, coaching, and travel commitments were already locked in). The difference is issued as a credit toward next season’s tuition at whatever tier the player is placed.

Movement is a development decision, not a financial one. We make the call that’s right for the player’s growth and the team.
