Helmet, mouthpiece, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick, cleats, and water. Goalies bring full goalie equipment.

What about the 2028 class?

All current members of the 2028 Team Carolina Red roster continue for their final year. Tryouts will fill a small number of open Red roster spots. Players not selected for a Red spot will still be evaluated for the 2028 White team.

What does Team Carolina cost?

Red tuition runs ~$2,795–$4,195 Year-Round depending on grade band (4th–11th). White (9th–11th grade) is ~$2,395 covering Fall and/or Summer (a la carte off-season). Futures (2nd–3rd grade) is ~$1,325 per season for Fall and/or Summer. All Red teams train Year-Round under the same coaching staff; older grade bands include more out-of-region recruiting events. Red and White payment options: pay in full (5% off), 6-month plan (20% deposit + 6 monthly payments), or 12-month plan (30% deposit + 12 monthly payments). Futures is a single per-season payment. Travel, lodging, and family travel expenses are separate.

What’s the difference between Red, White, and Futures?

Red is our highest-level, Year-Round program for 4th–11th grade — 100+ hours of training a year, 5–8 field tournaments Fall/Summer, box-field hybrid training in Winter, full recruiting support, and events beyond our region for older grade bands. White is competitive lacrosse for 9th–11th grade on a Fall and/or Summer schedule — Charlotte-based, with a la carte off-season training. Futures is the foundation pathway for 2nd–3rd grade — local, Fall and/or Summer, with a la carte off-season training.

Can my son play on an all-star or national team too?

Yes — as long as it doesn’t conflict with Team Carolina programming, or has been communicated and agreed upon with the director and coaches ahead of time. Team Carolina must be a player’s priority unless he plays another sport. Our partner all-star program is SweetLax.
