As soon as players enter high school, they begin our recruiting education with Connor Doyle, Director of Boys Recruiting. We educate families early so players are prepared when recruiting opportunities begin — from understanding the process in 9th grade to signing in 12th.

The athlete drives the outreach, and our staff actively advocates: reaching out to college coaches on your son’s behalf, leveraging our network for honest evaluations, sitting down with families, and getting on the phone with players through every step of the process.
