- Year-Round development — fall, winter, spring, summer
- Director-led recruiting support — staff that knows the path
- Top tournament slate — exposure where it counts
- Three pathways · Red, White, Futures — the right fit for every player

Year-Round College Placement Support
Team Carolina recruiting is led directly by Director Ricky Reyes and Director of Recruiting Connor Doyle — backed by a network of current and former college coaches on staff. High school families learn the recruiting process directly from coaches who have lived it at the DI, DII, and DIII levels.

- Ricky Reyes — Director of Team Carolina · former Division I assistant coach at Queens University of Charlotte · former head coach, Woodgrove HS (VA) · CEO, Carolina Lacrosse Association
- Connor Doyle — Director of Recruiting · former Queens University of Charlotte defensive coordinator (DI) and former UAH head coach (DII)

Four Years. One Plan.
As soon as players enter high school, they begin our recruiting education with Connor Doyle, Director of Boys Recruiting. We educate families early so players are prepared when recruiting opportunities begin — from understanding the process in 9th grade to signing in 12th.
Understand the Process
Families meet with Connor to learn how recruiting actually works — NCAA contact rules, timelines by division, and what college coaches are looking for. Players focus on developing as athletes and students while building the right habits.
- Recruiting 101 family meeting
- Academic baseline & expectations
- First exposure to recruiting events
Build the Profile
Honest, no-fluff evaluations from our college-coach network help families build a realistic target list. Players begin highlight film, build their player profile, and start meaningful communication with college coaches at all levels.
- Realistic DI–DIII fit evaluation
- First highlight film & profile
- School-list framework
Engage Coaches
The active recruiting year. Players own outreach — emails, calls, follow-ups — with staff coaching and direct intros. We attend showcases where coaches are actually evaluating, host campus visits, and prepare for offers.
- Coach communication & intros
- Campus visits & camps
- Updated film & showcase prep
Commit With Confidence
Families weigh offers together with staff — comparing programs academically and athletically. We help players evaluate fit, navigate financial aid, and finalize the decision that’s right for them, not just any commitment.
- Offer evaluation & comparison
- Academic & financial fit
- Final decision & signing
Every Team Carolina high school family meets with Connor Doyle as their son enters 9th grade. Recruiting is a four-year process — we start the education early.
Players Own It. Staff Advocates For It.
Recruiting is a player-led process — but families don’t walk it alone. The athlete drives the outreach, and our staff actively advocates: reaching out to college coaches on your son’s behalf, leveraging our network for honest evaluations, sitting down with families, and getting on the phone with players through every step of the process.
We reach out to coaches
Our staff personally contacts college coaches for your son — emails, calls, and direct intros. We teach the player how to follow up, but we open the door first.
Honest evaluations from our network
We pull realistic, no-fluff evaluations from current and former college coaches in our network so families know exactly where the player fits — DI, DII, DIII, or NAIA.
Family meetings & player calls
Sit-down meetings with families. One-on-one calls with players. Building the school list, prepping for visits, and evaluating offers — together, not from a template.
Player-led, staff-advocated. Your son drives the work — we open the doors, make the calls, and stay in the process from first outreach to commitment.
