Injured? We’ve got you.

Season-Ending Injury Credit

If a player is medically cleared out of the season, remaining tuition is applied as a credit toward a future Team Carolina season. We don’t profit from your son’s injury.

Tuition policy

Tuition is a Program Commitment — Not a Monthly Subscription

Tuition pays for your son’s spot in the full Team Carolina program — coaches, field time, tournaments, recruiting support, and a year of development. Payment plans simply spread that single program fee across 6 or 12 months so families can budget the cost. The plan is not a month-to-month commitment.

  • All tuition is non-refundable, including deposits and any payments already made on a 6- or 12-month plan.
  • If a player decides to leave mid-season for any reason, no refund or credit is issued.
  • Families are responsible for their own hotels, flights, and travel to tournaments.
