Expectations
What we ask of our players and our families.
Players are expected to attend everything — practices, training, and tournaments. If your son plays another sport, that’s the exception and we’ll work with you. If he doesn’t play another sport, he must attend all practices and tournaments.
Players
On the field and off.
Attend everything — multi-sport is the exception.
Be early.
Compete.
Be coachable.
Represent Team Carolina with class.
Support teammates.
Parents
From the sideline.
Support every player — not just yours.
Trust the coaches.
Communicate respectfully.
Allow coaches to coach.
Help us build a positive culture.
2026–27 Program Investment
One price. Three ways to pay.
Total Tuition · Year-Round
~$4,195
Pay in Full · One-Time Payment
~$3,985
Single payment at registration. Best value.
No processing fee — the program covers it.
6-Month Plan
$840 deposit + $560/mo
Deposit at registration, then 6 monthly payments of $560.
Approx. total: $4,200 · 3.5% processing fee applies to each payment (LeagueApps).
12-Month Plan
$1,320 deposit + $255/mo
Deposit at registration, then 12 monthly payments of $255.
Approx. total: $4,395 · 3.5% processing fee applies to each payment (LeagueApps).
A note on payment plans. Payment plans are a way to finance your full-season tuition over the course of the year — they are not a month-to-month subscription. Selecting a plan is a commitment to the full season; scheduled payments continue through the plan regardless of participation. Program tuition is non-refundable, including on payment plans.
Pay in Full — skip the processing fees. If you choose Pay in Full during online registration, our registration system will automatically include standard credit card processing and transaction fees. Several families have asked for an option to avoid those fees. If you would prefer to pay in full without the additional transaction fees, simply email Coach Reyes at rreyes@clalax.com before registering.
Program is non-refundable, including payment plans. Injuries become a credit toward a future season — no questions asked.

What Success Looks Like
We don't measure success in trophies.
We measure it in connection. This is what a Team Carolina season looks like when we do our job:
Your player can't wait to come to practice.
Your family always knows what's happening.
Your player leaves every practice better than when he arrived.
His teammates become lifelong friends.
Your family is proud to wear Team Carolina.
This is what CONNECT looks like in practice.
