Our Standard

CONNECT Beyond Winning.

Winning games is great. It is not our highest aim. Our standard is whether we build players, teammates, and environments your family is proud to be part of. CONNECT is how we define that — daily.

C
Compete Daily Compete with purpose every day — not just on game day.
O
Outwork Yesterday Effort must be visible and consistent. Improvement is a daily standard.
N
Non-Negotiables Above average in punctuality, attitude, and preparation.
N
No Jerks Talent never excuses selfishness, disrespect, or poor behavior.
E
Energy Bring juice, enthusiasm, and positive presence to the field.
C
Courage Courage matters more than comfort. Try, fail, respond, grow.
T
Teammate Every player is a great teammate first, an individual performer second.

A benefit, not a requirement.

Every Team Carolina athlete in 8th grade and younger gets free registration into the Carolina Lacrosse Association Town League — included with your program at no extra cost.

It’s optional. Not participating doesn’t change your program price. We offer it as a benefit because we believe in growing the game locally.

It’s an opportunity to:

  • Continue getting meaningful reps.
  • Play with friends from school and your community.
  • Grow the game locally.
  • Give back by serving as leaders and role models.
  • Stay connected to the local lacrosse community.

We believe the best players don’t just compete. They help grow the game.
