We're excited to welcome your family to Team Carolina. This page is your home base before the season begins — everything you need to prepare for the upcoming year is outlined below.
Once the season begins, TeamSnap will become your primary communication platform for schedules, attendance, tournament information, availability, and team communication.

Winning games is great. It is not our highest aim. Our standard is whether we build players, teammates, and environments your family is proud to be part of. CONNECT is how we define that — daily.
Year-Round development built around the calendar — not stacked on top of it.
Purpose: Develop fundamentals. Build team chemistry. Install offensive and defensive systems.
Purpose: Prepare players for their spring season through small-area games, stick development, decision making, and lacrosse IQ.
Purpose: Your school or recreation season comes first. We support it.
Purpose: Premier summer competition with the team your son has built all year.
Weekly cadence, mapped out from parent meeting through final tournament. Practices between Elon Park and Charlotte Latin School.
On tournament weeks: no Sunday practice (playing tournament), and the Wednesday Director-Led session becomes a Team Practice.
Every Team Carolina player in 8th grade and younger receives complimentary registration into the Carolina Lacrosse Association Town League.

Every family must have one representative present. Players receive:
Same jersey, same reversible, same standard on every sideline.
Every player orders the 5-piece bundle. Ordered direct through Signature Locker.
First-year players add the mesh game jersey to the bundle. Both items automatically discount at checkout when added to cart.
Uniforms are ordered separately from tuition through Signature Locker and shipped full custom. Bundle discount applies automatically at checkout.
Registered directly with USA Lacrosse — not through the program.
Handled directly by USA Lacrosse. Not included in program tuition.
We believe the little things matter.
Following registration you'll receive an invitation to TeamSnap. This is where everything lives once the season starts.
Players are expected to attend everything — practices, training, and tournaments. If your son plays another sport, that’s the exception and we’ll work with you. If he doesn’t play another sport, he must attend all practices and tournaments.
Program is non-refundable, including payment plans. Injuries become a credit toward a future season — no questions asked.
Roster spots are held for 72 hours following your invitation.
One role per team. Team Manager earns a program discount and Team Store credit.
