Elite is the highest level — year-round, with practices, training, speed work, box lacrosse, camps, and more out-of-region tournaments where college coaches recruit. Select is competitive, seasonal (Fall/Summer), and regionally based. Futures is the foundation for our youngest players — Fall and Summer seasons with à la carte off-season packages. Pick the track that fits where your son is.
Our Charlotte-based, year-round program for players serious about playing at the next level. Built around a demanding training environment, real accountability, and a dedicated recruiting process — 100+ hours of training, 5–8 field tournaments, box training in Winter, and events beyond our region.
Also Charlotte-based, but a seasonal program with a la carte options. Players come from all over for a competitive experience with flexibility for families — same Team Carolina coaching standards as Elite.
Foundation-building for our youngest players (classes 2034–2037), offered in Charlotte. Local within our region, Fall and/or Summer seasons of practices and regional tournaments, with a la carte off-season training available. Built so players can move up to Elite or Select when they’re ready.
For players ready for high-level travel lacrosse. Elite is our year-round program with 100+ training hours, 5–8 tournaments, full recruiting support, and events beyond our region. Select is competitive on a seasonal Fall and/or Summer schedule with more regional events. Both train inside the same Team Carolina coaching standards.

Attend the session for your graduation year to be considered for Elite, Select, or Futures teams. Take the earlier options when possible to get an earlier look from staff.
