The “~” matters: final tuition is set once rosters are finalized after tryouts. Pricing flexes slightly based on team size and tournament selections, and we share the locked number with each family before billing begins.

How Tuition Works at Team Carolina

Three ways to pay

Pay in Full · 6-Month Plan · 12-Month Plan

Pay in Full — 5% discount, one payment at placement.
6-Month Plan — our standard. 20% deposit at placement, then six monthly payments.
12-Month Plan — lowest monthly. 30% deposit + 12 monthly payments. Small financing premium.

Injured? We’ve got you.

Season-Ending Injury Credit

If a player is medically cleared out of the season, remaining tuition is applied as a credit toward a future Team Carolina season. We don’t profit from your son’s injury.

Tuition policy

Program Commitment — Not a Monthly Subscription

Tuition pays for your son’s spot in the full Team Carolina program — coaches, field time, tournaments, recruiting support, and a year of development. Payment plans simply spread that single program fee across 6 or 12 months so families can budget the cost.

All tuition is non-refundable, including deposits and any payments already made on a 6- or 12-month plan.
If a player decides to leave mid-season for any reason, no refund or credit is issued.
Families are responsible for their own hotels, flights, and travel to tournaments. Hotel block links are on each team page.

Rosters are fluid

Players Can Move Between Red & White

Roster movement happens at the discretion of the Director of Lacrosse and coaching staff. If a White player is ready for Red, we move him up. If a Red player needs a different level of development, we move him to White. Same coaching standards across both tracks.

Every Dollar, Accounted For

Tuition covers your son’s training, tournaments, and program operations. This is roughly how every tuition dollar gets allocated across our teams — Red, White, all of them. Exact mix shifts by tier and team.

Tournament feesEntries across roughly 8 events for the year. Top out-of-region events run $2,000–$4,500 per team entry — we hit the ones college coaches actually watch.

Tournament fees, coaching & travel, and field time together = 86% of every tuition dollar. We run lean on overhead so more of your investment lands on the field.
